CereMod™ Alpha Nerve Stimulator
CereMod™ Alpha is the first portable nerve stimulator engineered by and for functional neurologists. With 10 preloaded, evidence-backed protocols, it delivers targeted stimulation to the vagus, tibial, and other peripheral nerves—supporting neuroplasticity, motor recovery, and optimized brain function.
This device has TENS capability with low frequency settings specifically to activate central neurological structures. It is not limited to TENS activation, but also incorporates different settings to accomplish a variety of applications.
The device’s electrodes are spaced approximately 1.5 inches (2 centimeters) apart, making the CereMod™ Alpha both powerful and precise. This spacing allows for applications on deep peripheral nerves such as the tibial or median nerve, as well as on more superficial structures like auricular branches or cranial nerves, including the vagus nerve. The specific areas of application and duration of use depend on the chosen clinical program and the treatment goals determined by the practitioner. The device can be used across the musculoskeletal system, the peripheral nervous system, and other oral and cutaneous targets. Protocols are adapted to suit individual patient presentations.
The CereMod™ Alpha includes ten pre-set, evidence-informed programs. Each program is ready to use immediately, without the need to adjust stimulation parameters manually. We are open to creating additional programs as more evidence-supported protocols are submitted and reviewed by our team.
